Trial
You may use Writeth for a 14-day evaluation period. The trial begins only after the first completed dictation that produces usable text. Trying setup, granting permissions, or encountering a failed dictation does not start the clock.
License
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Writeth v1. The one-Mac license permits one active installation. The three-Mac license permits up to three active installations owned or primarily used by you.
Every 1.x update is included. A future major version may require a separate purchase. You may move a seat by deactivating the previous Mac first.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, bypass trial or license controls, use a license outside its activation limit, or use Writeth unlawfully.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your Mac, your OpenAI API account and charges, the content you dictate, and confirming that your use of Writeth, OpenAI, Apple speech services, the clipboard, and destination applications meets your own legal and security obligations.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record for Writeth purchases. Its buyer terms and checkout disclosures apply to the payment transaction. Prices may include or add taxes depending on your location.
Availability and warranties
Speech recognition can make mistakes. Review important names, numbers, instructions, and sensitive text before relying on or sending it. To the extent permitted by law, Writeth is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
