Fourteen-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. If approved, the refund returns to the original payment method and the associated Writeth license is deactivated.
After fourteen days
Refunds are generally not available after 14 days, except where required by law or when Writeth has a verified technical defect that prevents normal use and cannot be resolved through support.
How to request one
Email support@writeth.app from the address used for your order. Include the order number and a short reason, but do not include your license key, API key, dictated audio, or transcript.
Writeth purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so the final refund is processed through the original Lemon Squeezy transaction.
